Sermon Description

In this sermon, the relationship between seed time and harvest time and the word of God is explored. Effective prayer is viewed as a way to bring God’s word back to Him.

The parable of the sower is deemed the key to understanding all of God’s word. People sow seeds of either virtue or vice in life, and the harvest is dependent on the nature of the seed. In the Bible, seeds also symbolize progeny, and having children is considered sowing seeds on earth that requires a sense of responsibility. Ultimately, leading a righteous life is the greatest inheritance one can pass down to their seed.
